Sandy Rosario, former MLB pitcher, brings firsthand experience from the highest level of baseball. His private and small-group pitching sessions offer direct, hands-on coaching rooted in what actually works on the mound.
Nicknamed “Doctor” Sandy, he’s known for his ability to quickly spot issues in a pitcher’s delivery and guide the proper adjustments between outings. Working with him during the season—ideally two days after a game—gives pitchers a chance to make timely corrections, stay sharp, and return to the mound stronger each time. Whether it’s a drop in command or a dip in velocity, Sandy helps identify the root cause and keep pitchers on track.
Sandy works with both advanced pitchers and younger players just learning the fundamentals. His focused, practical instruction leads to real improvement, and pitchers often immediately feel the difference.
Sandy offers focused, 30-minute private pitching sessions—ideal for in-season development. These sessions are designed to provide players with the personalized attention they need to stay sharp, refine mechanics, and build consistency throughout the season.
We recommend scheduling a weekly session, ideally 2–3 days after a game, for ongoing tune-ups, mechanical adjustments, and recovery-based work. Regular check-ins help pitchers stay healthy, make meaningful progress, and perform at their best all season long.
Our 60-minute pitching evaluations are ideal for players looking for a comprehensive assessment of their mechanics, movement patterns, and overall performance.
During this session, Sandy will work hands-on with the player for approximately 45 minutes, focusing on key areas such as mechanics, pitch efficiency, movement quality, and injury risk indicators.
The session concludes with a verbal feedback discussion for both the pitcher and parent, followed by a detailed written report outlining strengths, areas for improvement, and personalized recommendations for development.
Whether you're just starting a season, returning from a break, or looking for a deeper understanding of how to progress, this evaluation sets the foundation for smarter, more effective training.
Our 60-minute small group pitching sessions (1 coach to 4 players) are a great option for younger or developing pitchers who are looking to build foundational skills in a supportive, high-quality environment—without the pressure or cost of private sessions.
Led by Sandy, these sessions combine individual instruction and group drills, helping players improve their mechanics, build confidence, and develop good habits on the mound. Each pitcher receives personalized feedback while also benefiting from a dynamic group setting that encourages learning through observation and peer interaction.
These sessions are perfect for players who are just getting started with pitching instruction or aren’t quite ready to commit to one-on-one training—but still want expert coaching and structured development.
