Our Offseason Velo Program runs from December through mid-March, mirroring the same phases MLB pitchers use to prepare for a new season.
Players start with recovery and strength-building — restoring mobility, improving stability, and reinforcing the movement patterns that protect their arms. Once the foundation is solid, they progress through a carefully structured sequence focused on rotational power, explosiveness, and efficient mechanics that translate directly to velocity.
Across 13 weeks pitchers follow a proven progression that combines strength training, mobility work, and live bullpen sessions with measurable feedback. By the end, players not only throw harder but do so with better command, improved stamina, and the durability needed to sustain those gains through the spring season and beyond.
Pitchers who commit to this program will build velocity, durability, and confidence heading into spring — the right way.
Once registered, players will be invited to do a private evaluation in November with Coach Sandy to establish a baseline
