About the Camp

Designed specifically for travel-level, this intensive camp delivers elite training across every critical area of baseball development. Each day is structured to maximize growth, sharpen skills, and build the physical foundation necessary for long-term success.

Camp Highlights

Hitting Work

  • Focused sessions on contact consistency, approach, pitch recognition, bat speed, and exit velocity improvement — tailored to each athlete’s needs.

Pitching Work

  • Former MLB pitcher Sandy Rosario leads targeted pitching clinics and bullpen sessions to refine mechanics, sharpen command, and build arm strength.

Fielding & Footwork

  • Master body positioning and efficient footwork.
  • Outfielders will focus on throwing mechanics and pulldown work to increase throwing velocity and accuracy.
  • Sandy Rosario doesn’t just teach pitchers to hit the target — he also works with infielders to perfect footwork, body control, and throwing accuracy across the field.

Strength & Conditioning, Speed & Mobility

  • Build explosive strength, improve athleticism, and sharpen quickness to gain a competitive edge.
  • Daily routines to enhance flexibility, speed recovery, and keep players healthy through the season.

Arm Care & Injury Prevention Protocols

  • Build arm durability and strength with professional-level protocols. (Arm care isn’t just for pitchers — every player needs it!)
